1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FixPin ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

5. Free Trials

FixPin may offer a free trial to new users. The free trial period lasts for 7 days. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of FixPin.

7. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service.

By posting content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

9. Service Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or our acceptable use policies
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity
• Non-payment of fees or chargebacks
• Business discontinuation or service shutdown
• Compliance with legal requirements or court orders
• Unusual or excessive usage that may impact service quality for other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FixPin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
